"The Supreme Court and the Future of American Democracy" features a conversation with Jeannie Suk Gersen, John H. Watson, Jr. Professor of Law at Harvard Law. This discussion will examine recent Supreme Court decisions and their implications for the 2024 Election and beyond. Moderated by Herschel Nachlis and Sonu Bedi, the event promises to provide insightful perspectives on critical legal developments.

Professor Gersen, an expert in constitutional law and a Contributing Writer for *The New Yorker*, has a remarkable background that includes clerkships with Supreme Court Justice David Souter and a distinguished academic career. She has authored three books and numerous articles, receiving accolades such as a Guggenheim Fellowship.

Part of the 2024 Election Speaker Series and co-sponsored by the Rockefeller Center and Dartmouth Dialogues, this event is integrated into the Fall 2024 Government and Public Policy course, "The 2024 Election." Registration is highly encouraged for both in-person and virtual attendance.
