Urjeet Khanwalkar explores innovative approaches to HIV treatment using humanized mouse models to study antibody-mediated protection. His research distinguishes Fc-region-driven immune responses and develops a barcoded HIV library to assess infection dynamics. Additionally, a lipid nanoparticle-based method for engineering human B cells offers new therapeutic possibilities. This work advances antibody-based strategies for HIV prevention and treatment.
